Otoch Colibrí was born from a need that our founder, Diana Ochoa, observed while living in Mexico City.
Many of her clients wished to invest in Mérida, but did not have someone they trusted to help them manage their properties from afar. It was then that Diana decided to move to Mérida and build a company that could be that trustworthy ally for her clients, accompanying them throughout the investment process.
Since 2023, Otoch Colibrí has been the answer for those who wish to invest without worries, with a team that understands the importance of caring for every detail.
